Deadpool crashes (literally) in the Savage Land in the upcoming MERC WITH A MOUTH.
The Merc always ends up with the dirty jobs—mainly because he just won’t stay dead. This time he’s tasked with retrieving a top secret bio-weapon from the Savage Land before Hydra’s operatives can slither their way to it first. Between dinosaurs, cavemen … zombie cavemen … and his own severed zombie head from MARVEL ZOMBIES, Deadpool has his work cut out for him in the jungle. Let’s hope he can get away clean … for once.
Daniel Way steps back from the writer’s table this time, allowing Victor Gischler to put his funny bone to the test. The forty-eight page issue also contains a reprinting of Deadpool’s premiere appearance in NEW MUTANTS #98. It sounds like the comic could be jam-packed with good stuff—justifying that $4 price. With that said, do you plan on adding MERC WITH A MOUTH #1 to your pull list next Wednesday?

Why am I still amazed that dead characters’ series continue? When’s Deadpool: Reborn?

Hahahah, you might be surprised, Beth. Deadpool is my favorite title from Marvel since Daniel Way started writing it.
