How to make angel wings - Part II

Not too long ago, I posted the first half of my tutorial for making feathered, semi-folding cosplay wings. Now it’s time to finish what I, and hopefully you, started.

So, have you dug up an old drying rack yet? If you have, you’re on your way to feathered wings that will add a definite wow-factor to just about any cosplay.
