Outspark is a popular online game publisher that offers addicting multiplayer games to feed it’s online community. Its like a mini universe of micro-transactions where gamers play Outspark games and buy Outspark money so they can pimp out their Outspark characters and profiles. The games are virtually free, but the user must pay “SparkCash” to fully appreciate them.
