When I opened up my Marvel Pulse e-newsletter yesterday, something was different: the Skrulls have taken over! Well, okay, we know they’ve invaded the Marvel Universe with Secret Invasion, but now they’re taking over the internet we know and love with the tagline, “Embrace Change.”
So what’s in the email? Lots of Secret Invasion stuff, of course!
Fans have sent in pics (like the one in the banner above—and NO, that’s NOT me behind the mask, lol!!) showing off their love of Skrulls, which you can view in the Marvel article, “See All Those Who Have Embraced Change.” You can even add your own. (And if you do, let us know! 
)
The Skrulls want you to Embrace Change no matter what language you speak! Marvel’s created some pretty cool banners in various languages—French, Italian, Spanish, German, Russian, and English—that you can post on your blog, a message board, or wherever to show that you have indeed converted like a good little human to the Skrull way of life.
Ahhh, Twitter … Yup, those Skrulls are spreading the message 140 characters at a time on their Twitter page.
And fellow Myspacers (ha, is that a term?) can check out some awesome Secret Invasion goodies over at the Skrulls’ page on the social networking site. Their personal quote? “Oh, we’re here to stay.” The page run by an “average Skrull guy” named Vsk’rdi who lives somewhere in New York and has a Skrull-crush on Robert Downey, Jr. … and ladies, apparently he’s a Pisces. 
Eek! They’re in our homes! Well, if you have Marvel Digital Comics Unlimited, anyway—with Secret Invasion: Home Invasion. But right now you can read it for free!

Thanks for the note. I totally thought that you was you! Even if you were a scary Skrull who threatened to suck my brain out through my kneecap, I’d still think you were one of the most amazingly competent, confident, and capable writers I’ve ever encountered.
