Activision has confirmed, today, one of the in-game voice-over talents for Spider-Man: Web of Shadows. The current star of the new Spectacular Spider-Man series and Battlestar Galactica, Tricia Helfer, is lending her voice to the mischievous Black Cat in the upcoming Spider-Man: Web of Shadows video game. Originally a fashion model and winner of the Ford Supermodel of the World Contest, Tricia pursued a full-time acting career in 2002 with her start on the television series Jeremiah. She’s since starred in leading roles in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Spiral, and the paranormal drama TV series Supernatural.

Wait- Tricia Helfer has a voice?

I’ve never noticed her having a voice before… although, to be fair, I probably was busy noticing other things.
(You know, like her teeth! Uh… right- her teeth!)
Seriously, she’s one of my favorite actresses out there now after her role on BSG. Love her to death. I’m positive she’ll do a great job, she has a good voice and is a talented actress.

I flipping love her on BSG. I don’t know why it bothered me though that she started the movie “Hey Boys…”
I NEVER get upset about that kind of thing so it is kinda strange, but…Tricia…we ladies love you too!!

omg so awesome! I loved her on BSG! Though i gotta say that the way she describes the character Black Cat is quite close to what she played on BSG. The only problem I really have with Activision is the models they hired to cosplay not only the Black Cat but MJ…. (though MJ is supposed to be a model anyway), but that also goes with a bigger picture if SDCC this year. As for Tricia Helfer being the voice… it is cool to see. But lets keep it at the voice.

Never seen BSG, but I’ve seen her on other things like my favorite show Burn Notice. She’s definitely a cool lady, and I can definitely see her as this character.
